Returns

If you find that we have made a mistake with your order, please call us immediately at 1-800-786-5251, and we will make every attempt to make it right for you.

All returns must be completed within 15 days of product delivery. You, the customer, are responsible for shipping charges. Please do not open product wrapping from unwanted products, or products that you did not order. Once sealed product packaging has been opened, we are unable to make a refund unless the product itself is defective. If indeed you find that a product is defective, please call us to report the issue. We will replace any product shown to be defective. Refunds are not available for the Complete Semen Analysis Kit or the Sperm Shipper products. Please return original invoice and the following information with any returned merchandise. If we have shipped you the product/s that you ordered, but you decide that you no longer want them or refuse delivery you will be charged for the shipping fees upon the return of unopened items.
